RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The customer may cancel the order and ask the Bonfanti Borse s.r.l. reserves the acceptance of ‘cancellation of the same. Cancellations must be in writing. If the goods had been ordered by Bonfanti Borse s.r.l. to their supplier, it is not bound to accept the annulment itself. In the event of termination or cancellation of orders by the customer due to our company a lump sum compensation amounting to 30% of the total order price, except as specifically required above, if the amount of damages caused to our company in consequence of the termination or cancellation of the order, exceed 30%.
WARMING TO CONSUMERS ABOUT REFUND

HOW TO SHIP TO RETURN
After obtaining the No RMA, carefully pack the materials in order to protect the original covers of the products from any damage, writing or affixing labels. Pin on packages shipped in a visible position n. RMA.

PROCESSING TIME FOR BANK CUSTOMERS:
Bonfanti Borse s.r.l. , if the RMA procedure above is done correctly, will, within 30 working days from receipt of goods for credit the customer paid the invoice amount, excluding shipping charges (Article 5, paragraph 6, D .
